Moth Treatments — We can apply a safe and effective moth repellent to protect your rug after we clean it.
Oriental rug repair is an art form that has been passed on from generation to generation. Your rugs are a series of knots that can come loose and, in time, may need to be repaired. Or your rug may have holes from wear or moth damage.
Every Oriental rug that comes into our plant for rug cleaning gets a thorough inspection for damaged areas. Oriental rug repair involves restoring the worn areas by reweaving with yarn that is matched in color and knotted with the same tension with which the rug was made. You may even notice that your fringe is starting to unravel. Repairing worn fringe will be more effective if we start the repair before the fringe gets too short.
